Integrity, Confidence, Communication

Andrew is an expert in esoteric asset valuation, taxation, and legal analysis of Alternative Investments. Before starting Archetype, he was the chief compliance officer for a large mass tort firm, Farrel & Patel. Following his time there, he was recruited away to start a litigation finance firm, Justice Funds, that was a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar private equity group and a leading plaintiff litigation firm. In addition to his full-time work, Andrew is a sought after commodity by many in the industry for consulting work due to his ability to correctly value these types of Alternative investments.

At Justice Funds, Andrew created the damage model and valuations for potential settlement value of open and ongoing litigation in the areas of mass torts, commercial class actions, personal injury cases, and shareholder derivative lawsuits. In addition to this, he prepared all promissory notes, intra- creditor agreements, credit documents, and subordination agreements.

With Andrew’s ability to correctly value, model, and assign risk to these investments, he was able to grow the fund from $0 to over $200+ million in AUM within 24 months, all with having a 0% default rate.
